It's with a heavy heart and sincere regret that we inform you of the complete decommissioning of The AKE Umbrella LLC (The Art Knowledge Entertainment Umbrella Limited Liability Company) and all its divisions, effective April 23, 2025. This decision includes the permanent closure of our Music Division, Books and Literary, Management, Films Division, and Mass Media Department.

We understand this news may come as a surprise and could cause inconvenience, and for that, we sincerely apologize. This wasn't an easy decision; it was made after careful consideration due to newly implemented international trade regulations that unfortunately make our continued operation unfeasible.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support, trust, and collaboration throughout our journey and genuinely apologize for any disruption this closure may cause to your current or future plans.

We're committed to ensuring a smooth and orderly transition during this period. Over the coming months, we'll be in direct communication regarding outstanding matters and will provide further details on how we'll be winding down operations and assisting with any necessary handovers.
